A menu built around the two of you
Every wedding we cater starts with a conversation, not a package sheet. We ask about the two of you, the venue, the season, and the moments that matter most across the day — then design a menu that fits all of it.
We work alongside your planner, venue coordinator, and the rest of your vendor team so service lands on the timeline you have already built. Course pacing, toast timing, and vendor meals are all accounted for before the day arrives.
Guests with dietary needs are planned for by name rather than handed a substitute plate at the table.

How planning works
-
Consultation
We talk through your date, venue, guest count, and the style of reception you have in mind.
-
Tasting
You taste the proposed menu and tell us what to change. Revisions are expected, not an upcharge.
-
Final menu & timeline
We lock the menu and build a service timeline with your planner and venue.
-
Wedding day
Our team arrives, sets, serves, and breaks down. You are a guest at your own reception.
Frequently asked
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book eight to twelve months out, and peak Saturdays in summer and early fall go first. If your date is closer than that, ask anyway — we occasionally have openings.
Can you work with our venue?
Yes. We regularly cater at venues that have no kitchen of their own, and we will coordinate directly with your venue on access, power, and load-in.
Can you handle allergies and dietary restrictions?
Yes. Share them during planning and we build those guests a real course rather than an afterthought — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-specific plates included.
Is staffing included?
Service and kitchen staff for the event are part of your proposal. Final staffing scales with guest count and service style, and is confirmed before you sign.
